"Many times in my life," says philosopher Eckhart Tolle, "it has been my experience that the most powerful starting point for any endeavor is not the question 'What do I want?', but what does Life / God want from me? How do I serve the whole?" I offer that meditation, which was recently given to me. I am deep in the heart of a midlife *reinvent yourself* phase. The neighborhood Catholic Church has a Legion of Mary chapter which devotes itself to Our Blessed Mother and does good works, and I'm thoughtfully thinking of signing on. I love the idea of being a dedicated agent of the Immacualte Heart of The Theotokos. That oughta keep me out of mischief.
I ask God where He would like me to go and what He would love me to do. I am Thine, O Lord Jesus. I am yours, Mother of God.
