The dearth of plain old common sense is more marked each day. Sometimes I think the entire world has gone utterly mad. The macabre and bizarre are found in the daily news and the unthinkable is trotted out for examination ~ and instead of rising up to comdemn it, folks who should know better just duck their heads and look the other way.
This uncommonly sensible article by Patrick J. Buchanan found on AntiWar.com raises the question: who is planning our next war? I used to think Pat was a taco shy of a combo platter, but its amazing how much sense he makes today.
